  • •Chatbot Services: Our own AI chatbot system using OpenAI LLM and Chroma database (Chroma Cloud) for RAG-based chatbots.

Any analytics reports provided to clients about their websites or apps are only shared with that specific client.

  • •For active clients with ongoing services or subscriptions, we retain information necessary to manage the service until the subscription ends or the package is completed.
  • •For completed projects of clients who are not subscribed to newsletters, we retain minimal records (such as payment receipts) as proof of completed work.
  • •Newsletter emails are stored only while subscribed; upon unsubscription, the email is deleted.

5. Your Choices

  • •Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. Your email will be removed immediately.
  • •Access/Update Data: Contact us to update or correct your personal information.
  • •Deletion: Request complete deletion of your personal data via email or messaging.
